Leppanen Anker Arquitectura

Building 1 is a proposed residential building with 8 floors and 8,800m2 of construction area located in Manuel Barreto y Gonzales Suarez.  Each floor plate is divided in two private residences given an option on the penthouse for a double height space.  The design divides the volume in two creating privacy between the program.  The movement also frames the views of the mountains surrounding and molds itself to the mountain beneath it.
