Puerto Ballesta is inspired by nature and its local environment. There is an intention to move through a parametric pattern that gives a set of balconies that break with the rhythm of homogeneity and give a more informal and natural experience.
The set of balconies with two types of floors, one inverse to the other, generates an attractive building movement that works in turn programmatically by maximizing the view of the apartments to the sea. The balcony plays an important role in the project by generating an extension of the interior space relating the user visually to the sea. There is a relationship between the natural environment and space.
The formal conceptual design is incorporated throughout the complex including infrastructures such as the retaining wall which typically has a purely structural function. We incorporate a new experience for the user that is in turn aesthetically interesting.
