This Luxury hotel proposal is located in the heart Quito’s city. The idea was to develop a building that will balance aesthetic issues and a functional layout that will meet the needs of the guests and the staff.The front and back façade incorporate a metal parametric structure along with other elements that frame the windows along the different floors. The contrast of colors and materials establish the various activities that will be taking places as part of the hotel.
