The refurbishment of the interior spaces of the existing building located in Brazil provides a variety of facilities such as private workstations, conference rooms and a future extension that includes a social / mental health space. This proposal revolves around the use of soft and natural materials to create a warm and modern collaborative environment. It has been designed to create a high indoor environmental quality which has been achieved through providing natural daylight to every private workstation thanks to the rectilinear shape of the building.
These offices were distributed in a way that allows for a flexibility of space in the central area of the building. It incorporates timber elements to control noise and green walls and other vegetation elements that not only create a more welcoming space but also reflect the influence of the Brazilian context.
